ICT Lawyer [Ref. 12758]
In view of the expansion of our ICT practice group, we
require lawyers with experience or interest in the field to join our team of
professionals who assist clients with their projects in Malta relating
principally to online gaming, software and IT services and e-commerce.
The candidate’s responsibilities will focus mainly on:
-
the provision of legal guidance for the attainment and
maintenance of relevant licenses,
-
drafting and application of software contracts and
licensing agreements, and
-
the provision of advice on legal aspects of website
development and operation.
The ability to work within a team together with excellent
time management skills are considered essential for this dynamic environment.
