ENVIRONMENTAL LAW

CCA's Environmental Law Research and Advisory Unit assists various governmental, non-governmental as well as private consortia involved in environmental projects.  Our contribution has been provided in fisheries, development, land reclamation, construction and waste-management projects has covered funding for Research and Development as well as international protection and patenting of environment-friendly inventions and innovations.

In this light of Malta’s accession to the EU, this department has considerably expanded its operations and widened its experience.
