operators seeking to relocate to Malta or seeking a back-up operation
within an EU jurisdiction. Many of our services are provided in-house;

We are active members of the Malta Remote Gaming
Council, an independent Council made up of
many stakeholders in the remote gaming industry
including licensed operators, data carriers, Internet service providers,
lawyers and professional services providers. The main objective of this
Council is to serve as an ongoing discussion platform providing valuable
feedback to the Lotteries and Gaming Authority, to enable Malta's
service providers and operators keep abreast with the latest
developments in the industry. Our firm is an active member of the MRGC
and is represented on the Legal & Regulatory Workgroup, the Tax Work
Group and the Pressure Group.
