We are active members of the Malta Remote Gaming Council, an independent Council made up of the stakeholders in the remote gaming industry including licensed operators, data carriers, internet service providers, lawyers and professional services providers. The main objective of this Council is to serve as an ongoing discussion platform providing valuable feedback to the Lotteries and Gaming Authority, to enable Malta's service providers and operators keep abreast with the latest developments in the industry. Our firm is represented on the Legal & Regulatory Workgroup, the Tax Work Group and the Pressure Group of the MRGC and we have advised the MRGC on the drafting of the new amendments to the Remote Gaming Regulations.
