Charles holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree with English as secondary area of studies and has just obtained his Diploma in Notarial Studies. He is currently in his fifth year leading to a Doctorate in Law. Charles intends furthering his studies in Financial Services.

In fulfilment of his doctoral research, Charles is researching a thesis focusing on the impact of the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive on Maltese legislation in the field of investment services client protection.
