Academic Profile
Priscilla holds a first class degree in Law and Theology and a Diploma in
Notarial Studies from the University of Malta. She has also studied
Private International Law at the Universitą degli Studi di Perugia, Italy. Priscilla has
also completed a Certificate course in Trust Law and
Administration and is active in research work in the field of trusts and
succession law. Following her graduation as Doctor of Laws, Priscilla is currently reading for a Masters degree in
financial services.
Practice Areas
Priscilla is a Senior Associate in the firm and is responsible for the Company
and Trust Management Departments. Priscilla's main practice areas are
company law, property law, trusts law and taxation.
Legal Research
Priscilla's doctoral research in the field
of trusts and estate planning centred around the rights of the legitimary under
succession law as affected by the
new Trust
and Trustees Act, 2004.
At the Law School of the University of
Perugia, she
undertook research entitled "L'Equilibrio Contrattuale" in the field of Private
International Law.

Professional Involvements
Priscilla is actively involved
in the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners (IFSP) and forms part of
the Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism sub-committee, set
up to review and draft PMLT guidelines for IFSP members.
Priscilla is also an executive
member of the Malta branch of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners
(STEP) and acts as Secretary to the branch.
