EU nationals transferring residence to Malta will now be able to
import a vehicle that owned and used for more than two years,
with no registration tax payable again in Malta. This car
registration tax exemption is limited in its application to one
vehicle per person relocating to Malta.
The news was broken in a reply by Finance Minister Tonio Fenech
to a parliamentary question by Adrian Vassallo (PL).
