As the world’s premier
exhibition for gaming and gambling professionals, ICE 2007 was a
resounding success. This 2007, ICE did not fail to impress,
with a 30% increase in floor space, allowing a greater number of
exhibitors to participate than ever before. Showcasing the
very latest products, innovations and industry developments, ICE
attracted over 25,000 people serious interested or involved in the
gaming business.
Malta's presence at ICEi Stand 5200 occupied an
impressive 139.5sqm footprint, bringing together the Malta Lotteries
and Gaming Authority and a significant number of Malta-based remote
gaming companies/suppliers.
Maria Chetcuti Cauchi, Gaming Law Partner at
CC-Advocates, commented: "Malta
put up an impressive show with a united and professional front
showing that European Malta is serious in its role as the European
Hub of iGaming."
"Based on this year's results, ICEi's remote gaming zone is set to
remain the definitive international event for anyone interested in
this spectacular industry," Maria continued. "We are honoured
to take part in such a prestigious event and to enjoy the
opportunity to promote our legal gaming and tax solutions, whilst
promoting Malta as the European hub of iGaming".
