David
provides consultancy on urban planning and conservation and has been
responsible for contributing to planning for the regulation and development of
prestigious urban projects within the region. Forming an integral part of our
property practice group, David provides advice on property transactions,
valuations, building and quality surveying, conservation, and design.

Research
Mr. Mifsud Parker has conducted in-depth research in the field
of urban planning and has successfully completed a study on the
‘Changing Urban Fabric of Siggiewi’ – a typical village in
Malta. The study demonstrates a number of relationships between
the urban forms and society. Currently he is completing his
Masters thesis on the structural strength of timber beams used
in conservation projects.
