Priscilla is Partner
in charge of our Corporate Services
Department,. She supervises the smooth set up
of your corporate structure and overseas your company's ongoing
compliance with the Malta Registry of Companies.
She is an Executive Council Member and Secretary of
the Malta branch of STEP, the Society for Trusts & Estate
Practitioners, a member of the Chamber of Advocates and of the

Kenneth is Director in charge of the Accounting and
Tax Unit and supports companies under our management in all business planning, financial, accounting and tax
aspects. Bringing with him
a wealth of industry experience, particularly in the hospitality,
steel and gaming industries,
Kenneth advises corporate clients represented by the firm on Tax & VAT aspects of
operating locally and internationally. Kenneth
has ACCA lecturing experience in the advanced paper in taxation and
is in charge of the firms’ tax compliance practice. Kenneth sits on
the Taxation Committee of the Malta Institute of Accountants and is
also the partner in charge of finance within the firm.
